Verify your Linksome account

Before you can access your new Linksome account it is necessary to verify your account. In this article we show you how to verify your account so you can get started.

  1. After creating your account, you have received our welcoming e-mail with information on how to get started, and a verification e-mail with the verification button. Check your inbox and spam folders for these two e-mails

  2. Click the 'Verify email address βœ… ' button to verify your account


I did not receive my verification email. What should I do?

Make sure that your registered e-mail address is the correct address

You can check this by logging in to your Linksome account.

Make sure to check the following folders in your e-mail account

In case the verification email is found in one of these folders, make sure to flag it as 'not a spam e-mail' to make sure our future e-mails are received right into your inbox.

  • Spam folder

  • Promotions folder

  • Junk folder

Make sure you verify your account within 72 hours

The link to verify your account is only valid for 72 hours. Make sure to verify your account within this time period.

Make sure to verify your account with the most recent verification e-mail

If you requested a verification email multiple times, make sure to check out the latest e-mail you received as this one is only valid.
